Low cost counselling

Counselling can help you with the emotional load of living with a complex condition like fibromyalgia. Having an invisible long-term illness can have a profound effect on the way we think and feel. It can leave you feeling misunderstood by family, friends and even medics; you may have lost confidence or struggle to find a purpose or you might  feel unable to cope with the changing circumstances. Counselling may help make sense of these feelings and give you coping strategies to manage what comes your way.

Counselling sessions are usually €60 for 50 minutes but the counsellor listed below has agreed to do sessions for €30. Payment is made directly to the counsellor.

Any counsellors listed here are accredited with IACP and have undertaken specific training with fibroireland. We hope to train up more counsellors as the year goes on.
