FibroFridge is a closed facebook group dedicated to help you get your nutrition on track.

The group will help you make better food choices to help you manage Fibromyalgia. Share ideas for breakfast, snack, lunch & dinner. Get support and find the best food manage your health.



IMET meetings 2018

The meetings are scheduled for the last Saturday of each month (2.30pm-4.30pm), with the exception of March (24th March) and December (15th December). All are welcome to attend on a regular basis or if you happen to be in town for the day. Further information from Irish ME Trust at 1890-200-912
