FibroIreland has been created for people affected by fibromyalgia. It provides general information to help you understand how fibromyalgia affects you and what you can do to manage it. Trinity Support Group Talk - Thurs 5th Oct

 

Venue: Room 0.09, Aras an Pharsaigh Building, Trinity College

Time: 6pm for group catch-up and Patricia will start at 6.30pm

Entry: Free

Patricia O'Hanlon will give a demonstration of the metamorphic technique which is a very gentle form of massage that can be self-administered or done by a family member or friend. We would recommend that you bring someone with you so they can learn how to do this technique. For more info click here.
